We’re a Canadian quarterly publication dedicated to showcasing the best in haute couture fashion, beauty, culture, and lifestyle. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or an emerging talent, we invite you to submit your work for consideration in our quarterly print or online magazine.

Submission Agreement

By submitting your work, you grant us permission to use and promote your content for various purposes, including but not limited to:

• Newspapers, publications, and exhibitions (galleries)
• Promotion and communication on our website, online galleries, portfolio, and self-published books
• Advertising, marketing, and packaging for any product or service

Our Magazine

FashionX Magazine is available for purchase on magcloud.com in both print and digital formats. While we don’t provide free copies, we do offer tear sheets for free. Additionally, we offer upgraded placement options, including dedicated Instagram posts, back covers, front covers, and interviews.

Submission Guidelines

We accept photo and video submissions in the following genres:

• Fashion
• Beauty
• Lifestyle
• Culture

Image Requirements

• 4-12 images
• JPEG format
• Coloured
• Copyright owner only
• Must be exclusive and unpublished

Submission Process

Submit your work via wetransfer.com, Dropbox, or any reputable file transfer service to submissions@fashionxmag.com. Ensure your submission complies with our guidelines to avoid rejection.

Important Notes

• We do not provide free print copies, however we do offer tear sheets for free
• Previously published work will not be accepted.
• Include accurate team credits for all submissions. We will not make changes after publication.
• Nudity is not allowed.
• Requests for changes post-publication may incur fees or lead to the removal of your content from our platform.
• The publication date may vary based on our workload and theme.
